Hello Anon, you are in a great situation, embrace and enjoy with abandon ! My only advice would be that if you have a limerent tendency, to consider that your intended romantic interest/s may be less intense….so take it easy and read their signals so you don’t go head over heels too early (which can be a turn off for ladies). Stay in the real world, be present with the person you are with at all times and respond accordingly to the conversation/ interactions real time, and not fantasize about alternative realities or any pre- conceived interactions / dreams you have cooked up ! That will really help – trust me on this ! Best wishes

Anonymous hi.

If you’re not married and the person you’re interested in is not married or in a relationship , then there’s no problem having a relationship with them.

How not to get hurt? It’s a risk anyone falling in love has to take, limerence or no limerence.

Good luck.

Read the blog posts, there is lots of help on how to spot and stop falling into an LE, and how to live a more purposeful life going forward, and end up with healthy relationships.

Good luck, you have a great opportunity to avoid the hell a lot of us are in!

Your blog is so insightful but a lot of content I feel is geared towards people further on in life married/ long term committed relationships. But what if marriage is not something I am thinking about and just want to navigate non committal and casual relationships without getting hurt.
