Resilience is a big part of my coping strategy right now with my LE. I find taking a brisk walk twice a day during the work hours helps refocus my mind. Also regular exercise has been part of my routine as well as journaling my thoughts. Journaling might be a 5th method as I find it helps organizing my emotions during stressful periods and can lead to that daily closure.

I am in the daily management phase of my LE. I find that the more stable dull ache of LE is better than feeding the highs which leads to the depressive lows. I am able to function better in predictable routine with my LO (I have to see her 3 days per week) and practicing resilience helps keep my emotions stable.
